hello lovers I hope you're really well so it's actually Thursday but it's

Sunday when you get this I am at a yoga retreat out in the archipelago in Sweden

and the weather is awful it's like snow rain and stormy and yeah we're gonna go

with the boat tomorrow I'm nervous but it's gonna be wonderful to to get out in

nature and like do this online in that setting I'm excited for that actually
